CORE ATHLETIC REFORMER

What is it?
An athletic reformer pilates workout like no other! Our signature Core Athletic class includes different themes and focus areas to make sure you’re constantly challenged and kept on your toes.

What does it do?
This total body workout builds a strong pilates foundation that will increase core strength, muscular definition, functional mobility and flexibility.

CORE CARDIO REFORMER

What is it?
A multi-intensity reformer pilates workout with continuous movement on the jumpboard to work that lower body extra hard.  Plus, we’ve paired it with inspired playlists to push you to a new level of fitness.

What does it do?
The jumpboard adds the cardio element to this fast-faced class, developing both muscular strength and endurance while also testing your willpower and resilience.

How will I feel?
Sweat-drenched, strong and satisfied.

CORE BOOTY REFORMER

What is it?
A twist on our Athletic Reformer Pilates workout, this strength-focused class is designed to tone and sculpt your glutes and legs. Be prepared to embrace the burn!

What does it do?
Using the resistance of the springs to stretch and lengthen, this total body workout will focus on the lower half of the body – sculpting that booty and creating muscular definition.

HOT PILATES

What is it?
A mat-based Pilates workout combining core strengthening exercises, cardio intervals, resistance work, upbeat music and added heat.

What is it?
A resistance-based circuit dedicated to the three most popular target areas, and set to a soundtrack of killer beats.

What does it do?
Strengthens, defines and tones the biceps, glutes and abs. Warning: you will feel the burn.

WARRIOR

What is it?
A dynamic class that fuses together the best parts of Power Yoga and Hot Pilates. You’ll move through strengthening and calming yoga poses while adding resistance through optional weights.

Strengthens, lengthens and tones, and connects your mind and body to relieve stress and anxiety.

What is it?

SHADOW BOX

What is it?
A high-energy cardio class with no bags and no gloves. Instead, Shadow Box combines boxing drills and intertwines mat-based core Pilates exercises for a total body workout.

What does it do?
Builds aerobic capacity, resilience and a super strong core.

BARRE FUSION

What is it?
A ballet-inspired class with no dance experience required! Barre Fusion is for men and women of all fitness levels, combining ballet conditioning exercises and interval training with controlled movements designed to burn.

What does it do?
Uses body weight to create lean muscle, while improving flexibility, balance and posture.

How will I feel?
Longer, stronger, more agile and a little bit like a badass ballerina.

KETTLEBELL YOGA

What is it?
A total body workout bringing together dynamic yoga postures with powerful kettlebell movements. It hits every major muscle group emphasising form and technique, and if you ask us, it’s kind of genius.

What does it do?
Targets and tones the arms, legs, shoulders and core, finishing with a mindful stretch to leave you totally balanced.

HOT YOGA

What is it?
A series of 26 postures and two breathing techniques to systematically work each and every part of the body to improve overall health and wellbeing, in a heated room for extra detoxification.

What does it do?
Helps you to lose weight while simultaneously toning the body – win! Hot Yoga also removes toxins from the body, provides a much-needed stretch and increases flexibility.

Detoxified, de-stressed and more resilient from the inside out.

HOT FUSION YOGA

What is it?
This is no regular yoga class! Hot Fusion Yoga uses the power of heat to stretch, and the power of traditional yoga postures to strengthen. The connection between breath and movement will be explored on a deep level.

What does it do?
Eliminates any pesky tension from the body, improves core stability and strengthens all muscles groups.

Strong and stress-free. Just the way we like it.

RECOVER + RESTORE

What is it?
Our most regenerative class that will heal the body, sooth the mind and encourage you to be present in the now, using a series of stretches, foam rolling and mindful meditation techniques. The perfect complement to your CORE+ schedule.

What does it do?
Revitalises muscle tissue, allows the body to stretch and rewards you with a grounded, calm mindset.

Recovered and restored.
