It’s challenge time at CORE+.  Now is your opportunity to test yourself. To grow, develop, build strength and resilience.  Inside and out.  To help you prepare, here’s everything you need to know about the new CORE30 Challenge.

What is it?
30 CLASSES.
6 WEEKS.
1 CHALLENGE.
Starts Monday 22nd May to Sunday 2nd July

THE POSITIVE HABITS YOU’LL FORM DURING THE CORE30 CHALLENGE WILL LAST WELL BEYOND THE 6 WEEKS”

Why is it 5 classes per week?
Quite simply, because it works!  You’ll transform your body and mind after achieving this amazing goal.  And, the positive habits you’ll form during the CORE30 Challenge will last well beyond the 6 weeks.

How do I track my progress?
Pick up your challenge card at the studio, and tick off each class on the day you complete it.

Can I do a double (or triple)?
Yep.  If you need to make up for a class or two, or if you know in advance that you’re going to be away, you’re welcome to do a double or triple to keep your CORE30 goal on track.

Ok, I’m in.  How do I sign up?
Grab your challenge card from the studio, write your name on it and commit by pinning it up on the CORE30 Challenge board.

Anything else?
Did we mention that everyone that completes the CORE30 Challenge goes into the draw to win a 50 class pass?  There’s one per studio to giveaway, and there will also be weekly on the spot prizes to keep you focused and rewarded.
