Step One: Prep
Bottoms up! Plenty of water is key, so make sure you drink it in before you sweat it out.
Fuel your body with a light snack 30 minutes before class, but try to avoid anything too heavy.
Light and comfortable clothing that won’t hold you back – leggings or shorts and a tank is perfect. No shoes required, all our classes are done barefoot.
Be sure to bring a bottle of water and a towel – you’re gonna need it! Both available for purchase at the studio too.
