ATHLETIC REFORMER

It’s our signature reformer class for a reason. This is a total body workout that keeps it interesting, alternating themes and target areas to create more challenge, more balance and more focus. It will increase your core strength, muscle definition, mobility and flexibility. And it will leave you feeling energised — not exhausted.

CARDIO STRENGTH REFORMER

Sometimes we move to feel strong, and sometimes we move to feel sweaty. Sometimes, we move to feel both. This is that class: a multi-intensity reformer workout that utilises the jumpboard to spike the heart rate, improve endurance and strengthen the lower body. And for the mind? A willpower and resilience challenge.

LOWER BURN REFORMER

It’s all in the name. We’ve reimagined our signature Athletic Reformer class to bring you a total body strength workout that focuses on the lower half. It uses the power of the springs (and burn) to stretch, lengthen, tone and sculpt the glutes and legs. We can’t forget the core, so there’s time for that, too.

FOUNDATIONS REFORMER

A reformer Pilates workout for every single body, beginner to advanced. Practice the fundamental Pilates principles of control, precision, alignment and concentration and develop the all-important mind-body connection. The functional movement will help you refine your technique and get the most out of every class.

HOT MAT PILATES

The class that brings the heat. Literally. Set in our heated studio, this is a true mat-based Pilates class coupled with low-impact cardio. You’ll combine exercises that tone the body and strengthen the core, and low-impact moves that increase the heart rate and improve your cardiovascular fitness. It’s the class that started it all, and you’ll see why.

HOT STRENGTH

One class, three zones. Move through a circuit of resistance-based exercises to strengthen, define and tone the most requested target areas: arms, glutes and core. It’s slower paced, but don’t let that fool you — the inclusion of dumbbells and resistance bands maximise strength. Hot Strength is set in the heated room to increase the sweat factor, instil mindfulness and encourage perseverance.

Move through a circuit of resistance-based exercises that will improve your muscular strength and endurance, then dial up the intensity factor with elements of low impact cardio. The best of both worlds. Set in the heated room to increase the sweat factor, instil mindfulness and encourage perseverance.

HOT YOGA FLOW

A strong dynamic Vinyasa class linking breath and movement flowing through each posture with intention.  Mindful sequencing divided into three rounds, a round to understand the alignment of each posture, a round linking breath to movement and a final round to flow on your own.  You’ll feel challenged to the core, but carefully curated music will help you along. Hot Yoga Flow is set in the heated room, so expect to feel sweaty, empowered and centred. A total mind-body reset.
