In yoga, we move to feel. To feel the flow. To feel connected to something far deeper than aesthetics. When we arrive for class, we leave everything else with our shoes — at the door. In class, we flow through a series of yoga postures, using our own internal rhythm or heartbeat as a guide. Situated in our heated mat studio, we focus on breath, mindfulness and our deep intrinsic connection to each posture.

HOT YOGA FLOW

You don’t need to be a contortionist to practice yoga with us — feel-good sequencing will help you to just let go and flow. This Vinyasa based practice will challenge your functional strength and increase your flexibility. Postures are linked to a consistent and mindful breath, moving you towards a strong and satisfying series of intermediate asana (peak poses). In every Hot Yoga Flow class you’ll have the opportunity to ‘free flow’ – the freedom to move intuitively through elements of your practice with the music turned right up!

Hot Yoga Flow is set in the heated mat studio to increase the sweat factor, instil mindfulness and encourage perseverance.

WARM YIN YOGA

Transform tension into calm with this slow-paced, restorative class. Warm Yin Yoga will reset both the body and the mind through a supported series of yin yoga postures, and easy-to-interpret mindfulness and meditation techniques. This class targets both the fascial tissue and energetic system, leaving you in an ultimate state of bliss.

Warm Yin Yoga is practiced in the heated mat studio, at a warm comfortable temperature, helping you to move freely.
