CORE+ 5X5 CHALLENGE

The CORE+ 5X5 Challenge isn’t any old fitness challenge. Sure, it does what lots of other fitness challenges do – keeps you accountable, makes sure you’re doing enough activity and motivates you to eat well, but the difference is that ours is a tried and true method developed by our founder Amy King. Amy developed this challenge herself after the birth of her son Harry.

“When Harry was 12 months old I was stuck in a rut and holding onto unwanted weight, so I set a target of doing 5 classes a week over 5 weeks,” says Amy.

I was seriously over the moon with the results. I lost weight, I was more toned, I felt stronger and my weak back had completely improved.

“After the challenge is when I really felt the benefits – I was beginning to crave healthy food, I wanted to exercise more as it made me feel great, and had tonnes more energy.”

The physical and mental results were that good for Amy, that she decided to bring her own personal challenge to CORE+, so everyone else could take advantage of it too.

CHALLENGE DETAILS:

5 classes a week over 5 weeks (mixture of mat and reformer) between 7th May and 10th June 2018.
4 classes a week over 4 weeks (reformer only) between 7th May and 3rd June.

The challenge is available to all CORE+ members with current passes.

Not a member? All good! Purchase a Challenge Pass online or at your local studio:

5 weeks of unlimited mat classes for $200, which can be used during the challenge period dates.
4 reformer classes a week over 4 weeks for $250, which can be used during the challenge period dates and is limited to 4 classes per week!
